Global Shipping
Maple Syrup World will deliver your favorite maple products carefully packaged to your door step, anywhere in the world. In most cases, we will ship your order the same day you place it (24 business hours). Note that delays might be a little bit longer if there's an ongoing sale/promotion. We appreciate your patience!
We offer a fixed shipping rate of $25 on most orders shipped within Canada and the United States. However, please note that we cannot offer shipping at $25 on shipments* containing 6 cases or more (or its equivalent in weight), and that shipping fees may be subject to change if there's an important difference between the price you paid for shipping and the price charged by the carrier. Our customer service team will contact you to provide an adequate shipping quote, if the above applies to your order with us; we will work something out with you!
*Shipments: It's the final destination that counts for us. If more than one order goes to the same location, we will combine the shipments into one, to lower the shipping costs. If, in total, 6 or more cases are being shipped to a single destination, our team will contact you to provide an adequate shipping quote and work something out with you, as explained above.

Shipping Policy
When you place an order, our system estimates shipping charges and delivery time based on the shipping option you choose, your shipping destination and the total weight of your order.
Maple syrup is heavy and we do our best to provide the best shipping costs available to our clients. Know that we are constantly reworking our shipping agreements with our suppliers to offer you the best prices possible.
Maple Syrup World can not be held responsible for orders delayed by the shipping carriers and/or customs. If we ship to another country and your order is eligible to duty fees, the receiving country is the only party involved in those fees; for this reason, Maple Syrup World cannot be held responsible for these fees. All duty fees must be paid on reception of the package by the receiving party (the person associated with the shipping address).
The client is responsible for the return shipping cost if the package is returned to us. If that's the case, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund + the original amount paid for shipping will not be refunded.
Packaging
Maple Syrup World uses biodegradable boxes and recycled newsprint sheets to protect your packages and the environment. Please recycle the content of your package.
We have mastered the art of packaging multiple glass bottles in the same box, do not worry about your package, your elegant maple syrup bottles will be delivered to you safely.
