Measure your fitting location by using your 5/16 tubing. |

Split the main and the metal wire using your cutter. Install your drill and go. |

Split your fitting and the rubber pad, install them. |

Make sure to align both hole and clip the fitting. |

Put the galvanized rod back in place. |
 |
Take the screw and insert it. |
 |
Use a drill or screwdriver to set it in place. |
 |
Use a tubbing tool to fit your 5/16. |
 |
Secure the fitting in place with wire ties. |
 |
