Many date back to the 1800s.  Much of them are on display at the new maple museum in the White Mountains town of Bethlehem.

C'est la France sans le jet lag!

The maple syrups were very nice as well. I tend not to eat things that would call for maple syrup and now I know why. The syrup I'm used to is too sweet and gooey. The locally produced Quėbėcois syrup was much lighter and less teeth-achy sweet with a wonderful brown sugar aftertaste.  It's always nice to see people discover maple syrup. Get yours from MapleSyrupWorld!
